Awaken Church intends to be authentic, real and relatable. Creating an environment where people and God connect and lasting transformation happens.

MISSION

Awaken Church exists to create an atmosphere where people can encounter the love of God.

VISION

We desire to awaken spiritual, cultural, and relational lasting transformation in the individual, the family, the church, and the community by creating opportunities for connection, training, and equipping that will lead to multiplication.

CORE VALUES

Awaken begins with an encounter.
The presence of God is real and tangible. One encounter with God can change everything. In that moment when everything changes and transformation happens, Jesus is no longer limited to religious stereotypes. He is alive! The result is people set on fire with passion, who want to see others awakened, too. That's us. That's Awaken Church.

We want to make a difference. When we make a difference in the individual, It makes a difference in their family. They become the difference in their community. That's how we change the world, one person at a time.

Jesus is our message. His presence changes everything. Learning who He is, you'll find out who you are.

2. OUR HEART IS FOR PEOPLE

Our heart is for all people. We believe that people of every race, age, and background are made in God's image and are meant to be loved.

3. SHINE LIGHT IN DARK PLACES

There is no place too dark that light can not reach. We are real and raw and use the power of our testimonies for the Glory of God. If He can do it for us, He'll do it for you.

4. GENEROSITY IS A PRIVILEGE

Generosity is about giving more than what is required. We're generous with our time, our talents and our treasure.

5. WE HONOR

We are vocal with our honor. We submit to leadership and are thankful for spiritual authority. We choose joyfully to submit to those God has placed over us and we care for those God has placed under us.

6. SERVANT LEADERSHIP

We believe the greatest leadership is service to others. Every leader a servant first. From the parking lot to the pulpit, everyone serves. Roles are different but they all are important.

7. SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE

We are going to do the best with what we have and do it to the best of our ability. We're on time, engaged and prepared.
